The menu at La Piazza offers a rich array of exquisite dishes, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Mediterranean flavors with a modern twist. For starters, the Timbale d'épinards, featuring a delightful blend of spinach, parmesan fondue, and asparagus, is a standout, as well as the refreshing Salade de gambas rouge de Mazara, served with avocado and a fresh green salad. Another noteworthy dish is the Ceviche du jour, offering a burst of flavors that complement the season's best catch. For pasta lovers, the restaurant serves Pappardelle verte au basilic, paired with a rich white rabbit ragout, and the indulgent Tagliolini alle Vongole, flavored with a secret aromatic touch. The seafood section features a Loup de mer en croute de sel flambée, a salt-crusted sea bass flambéed to perfection, and the Turbot au four à la ligurienne, roasted with aromatic herbs. Meat lovers can indulge in the Chateaubriand or the dramatic Tomahawk flambé au cognac, which is a showstopper at approximately 1.2kg. The Côte de veau à la milanaise brings a crispy golden crunch, and the Foie de veau à la vénitienne offers a taste of Venetian delicacies. For a luxurious treat, the Impérial oscietre Acipenser caviar is served with blinis and crème, providing a refined start to any meal. As sides, the restaurant offers various options like Légumes du jour & Pommes de terre, Riz basmati, and creamy Purée maison to accompany the main dishes. The menu at La Piazza showcases a masterful balance of classic dishes and contemporary flair, making it a culinary destination that promises to satisfy diverse tastes.
